This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Amazon Lit Inc. manages and delivers its e-commerce and Amazon reseller services to customers. Our goal is to ensure all orders are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently, transparently, and in alignment with customer expectations.

When a customer places an order through our website or Amazon storefront, the order details—including product type, quantity, delivery address, and billing terms—are confirmed via email. Customers are encouraged to review this information promptly to avoid fulfillment delays.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipping method and destination but generally range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Customers receive tracking details once the order has been shipped to monitor the status of their package.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

If a customer needs to modify or cancel an order, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and adjustments may not be possible.

5. Communication & Updates

We maintain clear communication throughout the fulfillment process. Customers receive:

  • An order confirmation email upon purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

  • Timely updates if unexpected delays occur due to carrier or supply issues.

6. Cancellations & Returns

  • Customers may cancel eligible orders within the allowed timeframe (before shipping).

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and eligible under our return policy.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
