Fulfillment Policy

1. Purpose

This Fulfillment Policy describes how D & A Financial Solutions Inc. provides its financial consulting, advisory, and support services to clients. Our objective is to ensure that all services are delivered professionally, transparently, and in accordance with agreed timelines and expectations.

2. Service Engagement

When entering into an agreement, a detailed scope of work will be confirmed in writing. This will include:

  • Service type (financial planning, advisory, consulting, or support)

  • Deliverables and key milestones

  • Communication methods and reporting schedule

  • Billing terms and payment requirements

No work will begin until both parties confirm the engagement terms.

3. Project Fulfillment & Delivery

Services are delivered as outlined in the engagement agreement. Deliverables may include:

  • Financial consulting reports and assessments

  • Business strategy and advisory sessions

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning documentation

  • Risk assessment and compliance guidance

Each project includes a mutually agreed timeline, with regular progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

If changes to scope or timelines are necessary, clients must request adjustments in writing. Depending on the nature of the change, revised timelines and additional costs may apply.

5. Communication & Reporting

We prioritize consistent and clear communication with clients. Updates, reports, and consultation sessions are scheduled as agreed, ensuring clients remain informed about progress and deliverables.

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice in line with their agreement.

  • A minimum of 10 business days’ notice is generally required for cancellations without penalty.

  • If services are terminated early, clients may be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

7. Dispute Resolution

If clients have concerns about service fulfillment, they may contact us directly. We will review the issue in good faith and work toward a fair and timely resolution.
