This Fulfillment Policy outlines how One Stop Shop Group Inc. delivers its consulting, advisory, and business support services to clients. Our objective is to ensure all engagements are fulfilled efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with agreed timelines and expectations.

2. Service Engagement

When entering into an agreement, a formal engagement scope will be documented and confirmed in writing. This includes:

  • Type of service to be provided

  • Deliverables and milestones

  • Communication methods

  • Billing terms and payment schedule

Clients are encouraged to review and approve the scope before services begin.

3. Project Fulfillment & Delivery

All consulting and advisory services are delivered in line with the written agreement. Deliverables may include:

  • Business strategy reports

  • Real estate consulting insights

  • Advisory sessions and presentations

  • Implementation support

Timelines and milestones are established jointly and monitored throughout the project.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

If adjustments to scope or deadlines are needed, requests must be submitted in writing. Updated timelines or fees may apply depending on the extent of revisions.

5. Communication & Reporting

We maintain consistent communication during all engagements. Clients receive updates, reports, and check-ins at agreed intervals to ensure transparency and alignment.

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may cancel services by providing written notice, as outlined in their agreement.

  • A minimum of 10 business days’ notice is typically required for cancellations without penalty.

  • Early termination may result in partial charges based on work completed up to that point.

7. Dispute Resolution

If clients have concerns with the fulfillment of services, they may contact us directly. We will review the issue in good faith and work toward a professional and timely resolution.
